Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse.
• Basic computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Suites.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks timely.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process all customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Generate related paperwork for orders, shipments, and receipts.
• Coordinate special shipping requests with operations and expedite as needed.
• Maintain input accuracy for orders, shipments, and inventories.
• Maintain documentation and files for all orders and shipping/receiving activities.
• Enter and verify order data in the computer system.
• Provide shipping/tracking information and respond to customer inquiries.
