Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Customer Service Agent. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional service, accurate data entry for shipping/receiving, and timely order processing to support site operations.

The CSR will build rapport with clients, handle inquiries, and coordinate with departments to meet service standards while complying with site policies and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience in Customer Service.
• Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during warmer and colder months.
• Proficient with MS Office; experience with WMS.
• Business writing proficiency.
• Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Process and input all customer orders.
• Run stock reports to check product availability.
• Generate all related paperwork and necessary information required for customer work orders.
• Expedite any order as necessary, trace orders as required and notify customer of activity.
• Follow up with other departments to ensure service standards are met.
