Zusammenfassung

Renaissance Framingham Hotel & Conference Center, a Colwen Hotels property, is seeking a friendly PM Lobby Attendant to maintain the cleanliness of public areas and support housekeeping. You will stock supplies, assist guests, and help ensure smooth hotel operations.

Responsibilities include prioritizing tasks, responding to requests, cleaning public areas, delivering items, and setting up meeting rooms. Rotational shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays required.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper preferred.
• Ability to work quickly without compromising quality.
• Excellent customer service skills and friendly demeanor.
• Willingness to work a rotating 7-day schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Aufgaben

• Receive assignments from MOD and prioritize tasks.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and other departments.
• Clean and maintain public hotel areas and back-of-house spaces.
• Deliver items to guest rooms upon request.
• Assist with stocking and delivering supplies to housekeeping.
• Notify maintenance of needed repairs.
• Set up and break down function/meeting rooms.
• Move and arrange furniture and clean and vacuum.
• Take care of trash and lost and found items.
• Provide support to room attendants.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
