Natt Spil in Madison, WI is seeking a full-time line cook for the PM shift. A self-starter who is punctual and engaged will thrive in our small-plates kitchen that combines global flavors with a lively dining room.

This role includes setting up stations, cooking menu items, and collaborating with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes. Experience in a fast-paced restaurant, reliability, and the ability to work evenings are required.

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience required.
• PM shift availability.
• Self-starter and punctual.

Responsabilités

• Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
• Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Answer, report and follow executive or sous chef’s instructions
• Clean up station and take care of leftover food
• Stock inventory appropriately
• Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
