Job summary

Renaissance Boston Patriot Place, part of Colwen Hotels, is seeking a Full-Time PM Cook to join our Food & Beverage team in Foxborough, MA. The ideal candidate has prior cooking experience and a dependable work ethic.

You will prepare food per recipes, maintain sanitation standards, and collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely, high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. This on-site role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Basic sanitation knowledge and ability to follow safety regulations
• Basic understanding of food handling, preparation, and cooking procedures
• Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with strong hygiene practices
• ServSafe/Safe Food handling certification as required

Responsibilities

• Prepare food following recipe cards and production and portion standards.
• Adhere to Colwen and brand standards.
• Cook menu items in cooperation with kitchen staff.
• Follow Executive or Sous Chef instructions.
• Ensure food is served high quality and on time.
• Date and rotate stored food items per safety standards.
• Maintain proper time and temperature standards.
• Comply with health, safety, and hygiene codes.
• Assist in dish washing and other kitchen areas as needed.
• Note out of stock items and shortages.
• Operate and clean kitchen equipment.
• Assist in prep work for next shift.
• Ensure proper cleanup at end of shift and kitchen areas.
