Responsibilities

• Collect used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas
• Load and unload dish washing machines; wash by hand when needed
• Adhere to Colwen and brand standards
• Store clean dishes, glasses and equipment properly
• Ensure there are always enough clean dishes and utensils
• Set up work stations before meal prep begins
• May assist in preparing various foods as directed
• Maintain a sanitary work area per health, safety, sanitation rules
• Check operation of dish washing machines and report issues
• Wash and sanitize kitchen areas including surfaces and floors
• Perform other duties as assigned
