Job summary

Residence Inn by Marriott Natick, a Colwen Hotels property, is seeking a Part Time PM Cook to join the food and beverage team. The ideal candidate will have prior cooking experience, dependability, and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include following recipes, maintaining standards, cooking with the kitchen crew, and ensuring timely, high-quality outputs. Benefits include medical, vision, 401(k), and travel discounts for associates and family.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of or ability to learn basic sanitation and regulations for workplace safety.
• Basic understanding of or ability to learn food handling techniques, preparation, and cooking procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food following recipe cards and production and portion standards.
• Adhere to all applicable Colwen and brand standards.
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
• Ensure food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and timely fashion.
• Operate, maintain, and properly clean all kitchen equipment for cooking, prep and storage.
