Job summary

Southern Star Courts Management Corporation is seeking a PM Line Cook to prepare and cook food items per hotel standards and recipes, ensuring a high-quality dining experience for guests. You will support the F&B team and help maintain smooth kitchen operations.

Responsibilities include following plating guidelines, maintaining cleanliness, assisting with inventory, and helping train new line cooks while communicating with the executive chef to ensure timely service and safety.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and plating guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and workstations.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards and plating guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen areas and workstations.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
• Ensure timely and efficient food service to guests and accommodate dietary requests.
• Communicate with executive chef and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Assist in training new line cooks as needed.
• Adhere to safety standards and report safety concerns immediately.
