Responsibilities

• Mentor and supervise clinicians and staff
• Oversee clinician fidelity and program operations
• Collaborate with Program Director on clinical KPIs
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and grievance management
• Plan evidence-based group protocols and treatment coordination
• Lead incident response and crisis planning
• Organize workflow and address identified problems
