Job summary

OCD Anxiety Centers seeks an Associate Program Director, a licensed therapist, to supervise clinician fidelity and operations while upholding care standards. You will collaborate with the Program Director to advance clinical quality and staff development.

Qualifications

• Master's level degree required; licensed in applicable state.
• Experience in leading clinical teams and program operations preferred.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and high-quality client care.

Responsibilities

• Engage in mentoring, auditing, and individual sessions totaling 25 hours weekly.
• Maintain a caseload of 4+ clients as needed by facility.
• Provide clinical supervision for staff and oversee fidelity of interventions.
• Collaborate with Program Director on clinician effectiveness and KPIs.
• Maintain comprehensive written documentation and client satisfaction.
• Lead and model adherence to OCD Anxiety Centers policies and care standards.
