Job summary

OCD Anxiety Centers in the United States is seeking an Associate Program Director to oversee clinician fidelity, program operations, and clinical KPIs. The role partners with the Program Director to promote high quality care, staff development, and efficient workflows while ensuring compliance with policies and ethical standards.

The position requires a licensed therapist, 25 hours of client-facing mentoring and supervision weekly, and evenings in-person schedule (11:00 am–8:00 pm).

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in social work, clinical mental health, or related field.
• Fully licensed in their practicing state.
• 3–5 years of management experience.
• Strong business acumen and professional presentation.
• Punctual with excellent attendance.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Multitask, problem-solve, and communicate effectively.
• Comfortable in a changing, dynamic work environment.
• Proficient with computers including MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Engage in 25 hours of face-to-face client interaction through mentoring, auditing, and individual sessions.
• Maintain a caseload of 4+ clients based on facility needs.
• Provide validation and a supportive environment for clients, eliminating neutralizing behaviors.
• Collaborate with the Program Director on clinician effectiveness, program success, operational efficiency, and clinical KPIs.
• Maintain comprehensive written documentation and effective grievance management.
• Oversee psychotherapeutic interventions for OCD and other mental health disorders.
• Plan and implement evidence-based group protocols, treatment coordination, and individual psychotherapy.
• Assist the Program Director in organizing workflow and addressing identified problems.
