Qualifications

• Experience with Banner student information system or similar enterprise systems.
• Experience with AVR equipment management or inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping; ability to work with library systems and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Supervisor on Duty during evening hours Monday to Friday during fall and spring semesters.
• Ensure safe and orderly operation of the library building.
• Respond to patron and staff needs, enforce library policies, and make operational decisions in the absence of day shift supervisors.
• Provide building oversight and escalation support.
• Perform ongoing bibliographic maintenance in the library's catalog and WorldShare Management Services (WMS).
• Coordinate annex pickup/drop-off workflows and support interlibrary loan.
• Inventory and collection maintenance, including shelf reading and location data accuracy.
• Serve as the primary Springshare administrator for LibStaffer and LibCal, manage scheduling configurations and room bookings, and train staff on these systems.
• Maintain oversight of equipment including computers and AVR equipment; report maintenance concerns.
• Assist with interlibrary loan operations and other duties as assigned.
