Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Experience supervising staff in an academic library setting is desirable.
• Strong data-entry, cataloging, and problem-solving skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Evening supervision 3:00pm–12:00am Mon–Fri during fall and spring terms.
• Ensure safe, orderly operation of the library building and respond to patron needs.
• Manage bibliographic maintenance in the catalog and WMS.
• Handle patron record loading, errors, and data integrity in Banner/WMS.
• Coordinate annex operations and off-site storage tasks in summer.
• Maintain inventory, shelving accuracy, and collection upkeep.
• Serve as primary Springshare administrator for LibStaffer and LibCal.
• Oversee equipment like AVR and IT assets, report issues.
• Participate in interlibrary loan support and library projects.
