Job summary

Judson University is seeking an Evening Library Supervisor to oversee library operations during evening hours from August through May. The role is part-time, with shifts on Tuesdays and Thursdays 3pm–9pm, extending to 11pm in the last two weeks of each semester.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree, supervisory experience preferred, and the ability to interact with students while enforcing library policies with kindness.

Responsibilities

• Monitor library during evening hours and ensure a safe, productive environment.
• Supervise Circulation Desk during shifts and close the library as needed.
• Train and oversee library student employees on policies and procedures.
• Assist with interlibrary loan and collection maintenance tasks.
• Support library mission and promote a Christ-centered environment.
