Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma.
• Experience with young adults or working in a public-facing service environment.
• Experience with Alma or other integrated library systems preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train student workers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee circulation activities and assist patrons with reference questions.
• Coordinate and supervise student workers and assign desk shifts.
• Process interlibrary loan requests via MINITEX and OCLC; track transactions.
• Manage stacks to ensure correct shelving and periodic inventory.
• Open and close the library per the academic calendar and liaise with campus security.
• Participate in staff meetings and training; assist with purchasing when needed.
