Good Samaritan Albion is seeking a part-time cook to perform all duties in food preparation and to provide meals for patients, residents, staff, and guests. The role requires following HACCP guidelines, maintaining sanitation, and coordinating with team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• On-the-job training will be provided.
• Serv Safe may be required depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Performs all duties in food preparation as assigned.
• Prepares, cooks, seasons and portions food for patients/residents, staff, and visitors.
• Adheres to HACCP guidelines and safety standards.
• Maintains labeling and storage of food, equipment, and supplies.
• Displays strong communication and teamwork to ensure quality service.
