Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of applicable experience preferred.
• Serv Safe certification may be required depending on location.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) may be required depending on location.
• Driver's License may be required depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, assemble baked goods, cooks, seasons and portions food for patients/residents, staff, and visitors.
• Adheres to HACCP guidelines to prepare, store and use food and food products.
• Operates equipment such as mixers, slicers, kettles, ovens, stoves, fryers, and dishwashers.
• Maintains labeling and storage of food, equipment, and machinery.
• Communicates effectively with internal customers and works as part of a team.
