Good Samaritan Atwood KS is seeking a dietary service cook to prepare, assemble baked goods, cook, season and portion food for patients, residents, staff and visitors, adhering to menu and dietary guidelines while maintaining HACCP standards and sanitation.

You'll work with internal customers, require good teamwork and communication, follow recipes, operate kitchen equipment, and be on your feet most of the day; shift is 8 hours evenings; PRN schedule.

Qualificações

• Reading, writing and basic math required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• On-the-job training will be provided.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares, assemble baked goods, cooks, seasons and portions food for patients/residents, staff, and visitors.
• Adheres to menu, dietary requirements and HACCP guidelines; ensures sanitation and proper labeling.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment and follows production sheets.
