Qualifications

• Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistent food quality.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work evening shifts consistently.
• Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices is an asset.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform routine kitchen tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area during the shift.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and storage procedures at all times.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs as needed.
• Assist with basic kitchen prep, including washing and chopping ingredients.
• Coordinate with team for timely service during busy periods.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and report issues promptly.
• Support closing duties, including cleaning and proper storage of food and tools.
