Responsibilities

• Learn positions: Beef, Pizza, Broiler, Cafe/Salads & Prep.
• Follow recipes and cooking processes properly.
• Maintain portion control and monitor line stock.
• Prepare quality food that meets Buona standards.
• Close back-of-house with other closers.
• Clean and sanitize equipment as needed.
