Qualifications

• Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred.
• Ability to work evening hours on a part-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, portioning standards, and quality guidelines.
• Set up, organize, and maintain assigned workstations for efficient evening service.

• Monitor food levels and communicate restocking needs as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils throughout the shift.
