Qualifications

• Experience in food service, hospitality, or similar customer-facing roles.
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
• Strong attention to detail and high presentation standards.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage early morning hours.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform routine lifting, bending, and carrying tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and replenish breakfast items according to recipes and safety guidelines.
• Set up the breakfast area and ensure items are stocked.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dining space, and equipment.
• Monitor food temperatures, freshness, and presentation.
• Greet guests warmly and respond to questions or requests.
• Restock supplies and serving items as needed.
• Wash dishes and complete end-of-shift sanitation.
