Job summary

Cabinetworks Group is seeking an IT Support Technician to ensure operational readiness of client computing devices and peripherals across our facilities. You will install, test, maintain, support and troubleshoot hardware and software used in manufacturing and office applications.

Responsibilities include assisting end users, documenting requests in a tracking system, and supporting server/network upgrades. On-call rotation and lifting up to 30 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher in Information Systems or 2 years IT experience.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with Windows, MS Office, browsers and basic networks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational readiness of client computing and peripherals; install, test, maintain, support and troubleshoot hardware/software.
• Assist end users, document requests and prioritize in queue.
• Support server admins and network engineers in implementations and upgrades.
• Act as liaison with external resources and contractors.
• Assist in software, data administration and anti-virus tasks.
