Job summary

Aquent is seeking a dedicated IT professional for a second-shift, onsite role in a manufacturing/logistics environment. You will support a range of devices and IT infrastructure to maintain high uptime and enable major transformation projects.

The role requires 3–5 years of enterprise IT experience, strong Windows and network basics, and the ability to work weekends/holidays as needed. Join a team focused on stability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• College Diploma or University Degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of IT end-user device support in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with basic networking concepts.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line IT support for PCs, handheld scanners, printers, thin clients, kiosks, VoIP phones, WMS terminals, and IoT devices.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
• Execute daily operational checks to ensure devices, networks, and automation systems function properly.
• Support user onboarding/offboarding, access changes, and workstation deployments.
• Perform device imaging, patching, firmware updates, and lifecycle management.
