Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a hands-on Site Support Technician (IT/IS Key User) to oversee our facility's technology infrastructure. You will install, maintain, and support IT systems to ensure smooth business operations and help meet daily customer needs.

The role requires 1–2 years in IT support, strong Windows and Office skills, and the ability to work in a warehouse setting with occasional after-hours support.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues independently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and move IT equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems to meet operational needs.
• Provide on-site IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
• Respond to and resolve service requests and incidents in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of installations, configurations, and support activities.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
• Support facility-specific applications and systems as needed.
