Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited is seeking an IT Site Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support and maintenance for all IT systems at the Distribution House. You will ensure smooth operation of end-user devices, network connectivity, and warehouse systems, serving as the first point of contact for incidents.

The role involves collaborating with IT support groups, applications, and vendors, maintaining asset inventories, and providing training to teammates.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT end-user support across Windows, macOS, iOS and Android devices.
• Experience with Active Directory and access management.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow for incident tracking and ticketing.

Responsibilities

• Be visible and available to Operations teams to help answer questions and address issues.
• Respond to support tickets to resolve technical issues for DH Operations.
• Provide on-site support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, audio/video and peripherals.
• Diagnose and triage escalation issues related to hardware, software, network connectivity, and other IT systems, documenting steps and solutions.
• Assist users with login, application errors, and connectivity problems.
• Setup, modify, and terminate user accounts within WM and WCS applications.
• Monitor and manage the IT support ticket queue using ServiceNow.
• Act as first responder for all IT-related incidents across the Distribution House site.
