Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking an iSOC Coordinator to support on-site security operations and monitor-valued cameras and audio systems. You will perform remote security checks, guide escorts during openings and closings, and handle inquiries from customers, employees, and vendors.

Training is provided and a tiered responsibility path exists within Level 1 security tasks. The role requires strong communication, calmness under pressure, and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ensuring all interactions are handled with professionalism and care.
• Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide timely, accurate responses to requests.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks/ virtual tours of customer locations, observing areas for potential vulnerabilities.
• Conduct virtual security escorts during openings, closings, or upon customer request.
• Communicate with customer locations using two-way audio/video surveillance technology.
• Take action based on severity or instruction, including dispatching emergency services.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve security and system-related inquiries from customers, employees, and vendors.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in the system of record.
