Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking a Level 1 iSOC Coordinator to monitor security operations via two-way audio/video systems at customer sites. You will perform remote checks, virtual tours, and coordinate with customers, employees, and vendors to address security concerns.

The role focuses on escalation, documentation, and continuous opportunities for growth through the iSOC levels, in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ensuring all interactions are handled with professionalism and care.
• Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide timely, accurate responses to requests.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks/virtual tours of customer locations, observing areas for vulnerabilities and unusual activities.
• Conduct virtual security escorts during openings/closings or upon customer request.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve or escalate security and system inquiries; maintain records in the automation system.
