Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking an iSOC Coordinator to monitor customer sites via advanced two-way audio/video surveillance and conduct remote security checks. You will escort customers during openings/closings, handle inbound inquiries, and coordinate with emergency services as needed, contributing to security and life safety across monitored sites.

You will join a 24/7 operations center, with training provided, and be eligible for performance bonuses, new-hire incentives, and referral rewards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor under pressure.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of customer locations.
• Handle inbound inquiries from customers, employees, and vendors.
• Communicate using two-way audio/video surveillance technology.
• Take appropriate action, including dispatching emergency services when needed.
• Maintain accurate records in the system of record.
