Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking an on-site iSOC Coordinator (Level 1) in Saint Louis to monitor customers with advanced two-way audio/video surveillance. You will perform remote security checks, escort customers during openings/closings, and handle inbound inquiries from customers, employees and vendors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ensuring all interactions are handled professionally.
• Ability to maintain calm and professional demeanor in high pressure situations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks/virtual tours of customer locations, observing for vulnerabilities.
• Conduct virtual security escorts during business openings/closings.
• Communicate with customer locations using two-way audio/video surveillance technology.
• Take appropriate action, including contact with customers and dispatching emergency services as needed.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve or escalate security and system-related inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records in the system of record.
