Job summary

Daktronics in Brookings, South Dakota, seeks an Inventory/Receiving Clerk to support manufacturing operations. You will learn Daktronics products, process materials, and assist with packing, counts, and documentation in a dynamic, safety‑driven environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, English fluency, and the ability to lift up to 45 lbs. Prior warehouse experience is preferred and the position offers a stable, part-time schedule with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in receiving, warehouse, inventory, or materials management preferred.
• Ability to learn quickly and work with minimal supervision.
• Keyboard skills; familiarity with Excel, Word, Outlook, and Glovia ERP is a plus.
• Accuracy with numbers and good communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming material and verify against documentation.
• Kit materials and gather documentation for production orders.
• Perform physical cycle counts and material audits as assigned.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist in process improvements.
• Work as a team member and stay with minimal supervision when needed.
• Operate mobile equipment and follow safety procedures.
• Stand for the full 10-hour shift and lift up to 35–45 lbs as required.
• Adapt to overtime and travel as needed.
