Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required
• Graduate of accredited school of nursing required or
• Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree required
• 5 years RN experience in Acute Care required
• General clinical management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of nursing services across the organization.
• Ensure adequate nursing staff through management of nursing resources.
• Facilitate and coordinate bed assignments within the hospital.
• Direct and collaborate with department managers to facilitate patient movement.
• Assist Directors of Nursing and Nurse Managers in staff development and HR management.
• Promote quality care and supervise clinical and non-clinical administrative duties
