Job summary

Butterfly Effects is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to work in-home with children affected by autism on weekdays from 3-7pm. You will implement ABA-based behavior plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with families and BCBA supervisors to support skill development.

Entry-level and experienced candidates are welcome; a high school diploma or equivalent is required, and RBT certification is a plus. We offer part-time hours and a path to BCBA with financial support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; RBT certification preferred if already obtained.
• Genuine love for working with children with autism.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Observe, record, and report client progress daily.
• Manage challenging behaviors.
• Apply behavioral principles consistently in all interactions.
• Assist clients to acquire academic and life skills.
• Complete daily paperwork and data entry in our online database.
