Job summary

Proud Moments ABA seeks Behavior Technicians to support children in their homes, working 1-on-1 with clients aged 2–15 under BCBA guidance. You will collect progress data and help families implement individualized plans, contributing to positive outcomes in a home-based setting.

Qualifications

• Passion and love for working with children.

• Must be able to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client at home to implement plans by BCBA/LBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress of the treatment plan.
• Support families in implementing treatment plans.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families and supervisors.
• Ensure safety and physical activity as children move during sessions.
• Perform other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
