Developmental Pathways, Inc. is seeking a compassionate ABA Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 in-home support for children and teens with autism. You will work under a BCBA, implementing individualized behavior plans and helping families thrive through data collection and coaching.

This part-time role offers flexible afternoon, evening, or weekend hours, with entry-level training provided. Mileage reimbursement and a comprehensive benefits package are included for eligible team members.

Qualifications

• Bilingual with 6–12 months of in-home ABA experience.
• Assist with 1:1 in-home ABA sessions and data collection.
• Training provided for entry-level candidates.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA support to children and teens with Autism.
• Implement personalized behavior plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect data and track skill development.
• Train and empower families with guidance and compassion.
