Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking an HR Shared Services professional to provide proactive HR support across payroll, onboarding, and HR administration. You will work closely with HR Partners, handle inquiries, and ensure compliant, timely service delivery while leveraging Workday and self-service tools.

The role requires 2-5 years of HR Shared Services experience, an Associate's Degree or equivalent, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of HR Shared Services or relevant Human Resources experience.
• Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to effectively support employees and managers.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS/HRMS.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and appropriately assess the urgency of requests.
• Attention to detail and discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Answer HR Helpline calls and provide timely, professional support to team members.
• Act as an escalation point for inquiries and determine resolution path.
• Respond to inquiries per established SLAs.
• Provide general answers on HR matters via phone, case management, and Support Hub.
• Process, enter, and approve transactions in Workday with accurate data entry.
• Assist with onboarding, hiring, and HR administration needs.
• Educate on HR resources and self-service tools.
• Transition HR processes to centralized HR Administration team.
• Collaborate with HR Partners and IT to streamline processes.
• Maintain strong customer-service mindset and assist with various projects.
