Moxy Madison Downtown seeks a Guest Services Representative to deliver courteous service, handle phone reservations, check-ins/outs, and create a memorable guest experience. You will work Monday–Friday with potential evening shifts, contributing to a fast-paced hospitality team in Madison.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Accurate cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, take reservations, and check guests in/out to create a memorable experience.
• Use the property management system to manage reservations, process payments, and handle cash drawer.
• Respond quickly and empathetically to guest issues with practical resolutions.
• Utilize sales techniques to maximize occupancy and revenue.
