The Trade Hotel Milwaukee, managed by North Central Group, is hiring an Evening Hotel Cook to join our kitchen team in Milwaukee. You’ll help prepare fresh ingredients, support chefs, and contribute to a fast-paced, guest-focused operation.

We value teamwork, attention to detail, and reliability. Three+ years of kitchen experience, strong food-safety practices, and a flexible weekend schedule are preferred. We offer growth, mentorship, and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Label and store food items properly to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
• Assist with basic cooking tasks and restock supplies to support the kitchen team during service.
