Job summary

The Trade Hotel Milwaukee is seeking a Banquet Prep Cook to join our culinary team. You will prepare ingredients, assist chefs, and help us deliver high-quality banquet meals in a fast-paced kitchen.

Applicants should have at least three years of kitchen experience, strong attention to detail, and knowledge of various kitchen equipment. Starting pay is $18–$20 per hour, with higher wages possible for experienced candidates.

Responsibilities

• Label and store food items properly to ensure freshness and minimize waste
• Assist with basic cooking tasks and restock supplies to support the kitchen team during service.
