Qualifications

• Three or more years of kitchen experience.
• Consistently ensures the highest standards of service in attaining guest satisfaction and profitability.
• Creative, organized, innovative and even tempered personality.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment.
• Knowledge in a variety of kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, slicing, and measuring according to recipes and chef instructions.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation following food safety and sanitation standards.
• Label and store food items properly to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
• Assist with basic cooking tasks and restock supplies to support the kitchen team during service.
