Job summary

The Trade Hotel Milwaukee, operated by NCG Hospitality, is seeking an Evening Hotel Cook to join a fast-paced kitchen team. Starting wage is $18-$20/hour with potential for higher for experienced candidates.

Weekend availability and the ability to work a second shift are required. You will prepare ingredients, maintain sanitation, and support chefs to deliver guest satisfaction in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of kitchen experience.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of a variety of kitchen equipment.
• Open to weekends and second shift.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, slicing, and measuring according to recipes and chef instructions.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation following food safety and sanitation standards.
• Label and store food items properly to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
• Assist with basic cooking tasks and restock supplies to support the kitchen team during service.
