Job summary

The Trade Hotel Milwaukee is seeking a Server Assistant to help create a seamless dining experience by keeping tables clean, resetting quickly, and supporting servers to ensure fast, friendly service for every guest. Starting wage is $13–$15/hour with potential for higher wages for experienced candidates.

Morning and evening shifts are available, including weekends; three months of restaurant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Three months or more of restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to perform task-oriented repetitive functions consistently, on-time and error free.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates a team player attitude.

Responsibilities

• Maintains continual upkeep of dining spaces including entry ways and all guest-facing spaces.
• Stocks service stations throughout the shift with beverage and paper supplies.
• Ensures back of house is clean and orderly.
