Job summary

Reading Hospital is seeking a Guest Services Attendant for a full-time evening shift (1:30pm-10:00pm) with every other weekend and holiday required. You will greet, register, and direct visitors, issue passes, and help maintain a secure, welcoming environment for patients, families, and staff.

This role emphasizes exceptional customer service and adherence to hospital policies. A High School Diploma or GED and BLS certification are required, along with strong communication and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Completes and maintains all competencies and trainings required for the role.
• High School Diploma - OR - GED - OR - Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education
• BLS Certification

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and direct visitors and others entering the hospital.
• Provide visitors passes and identification.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and visitation requirements.
• Maintain a secure and welcoming environment for patients, families, and staff.
