Responsibilities

• Provides weekend coverage every other weekend, twice a month.
• Assists patients in multiple areas by covering inpatient and outpatient Concierge units and information services areas.
• Greets visitors and patients upon arrival.
• Assists with patients' and visitors' needs and directs them accordingly.
• Demonstrates commitment to problem resolution with a creative, efficient approach.
