Job summary

Medical University of South Carolina is seeking a Guest Services Representative to welcome patients and visitors and help ensure they have a positive experience. You will assist with information, wayfinding, and coordinating hotel accommodations as needed, reporting to the Manager of Guest Services.

This temporary, evening-shift role is hourly paid with a six-hour weekly schedule and weekend coverage every other weekend twice a month.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; related experience not specified.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and patients upon arrival.
• Assist patients with information services and wayfinding.
• Provide weekend coverage every other weekend, twice a month.
• Support inpatient and outpatient Concierge units and information services areas.
