Job summary

MUSC Health is seeking a Guest Services Representative to welcome patients and visitors, assist with accommodations, provide information, and guide people to their destinations. You will support inpatient and outpatient Concierge units, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for all visitors.

Reporting to the Manager of Guest Services, you will help meet performance metrics and uphold policy compliance, while embracing creative problem-solving to deliver prompt solutions.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or Equivalent is required.
• 0–6 months of work experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and patients upon arrival in a professional and friendly manner.
• Assist with hotel accommodations, information provision, and wayfinding as needed.
• Meet key performance metrics for the area and comply with policies and processes.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Guest Services Manager.
