Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
• 1 year of experience in a telephone operator or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting.

Responsabilités

• Professionally and courteously answer all incoming calls, routing them to the appropriate department or individual.
• Provide general information about the hospital, including visiting hours, location, and services.
• Accurately record and relay messages to staff in a timely manner.
• Respond to emergencies and code calls, coordinating with relevant personnel.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, messages, and communications.
• Assist distressed callers with empathy and professionalism.
• Use hospital communication systems and troubleshoot issues.
• Adhere to HIPAA and hospital policies to ensure confidentiality.
