Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN license is required.
• American Heart Association BLS certification is required.
• Associate’s Degree or BSN (preferred).
• At least 1 year of direct care nursing experience.
• EPIC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver care using the nursing process.
• Perform initial patient/family assessment.
• Provide information about the dying process and expectations.
• Develop patient-specific plan of care with goals.
• Instruct on medications, actions, side effects, and dosing.
