Job summary

Bristol Hospice-California LLC in Merced, CA is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants and Home Health Aides for swing shift. The role includes bedside care, hygiene, mobility assistance, and comfort measures under RN supervision. A special Sweet Dreams program supports patient sleep and comfort.

Qualified candidates hold a CNA or HHA certificate, CPR certification, and preferably 1 year of hospice or home health experience. mileage reimbursement and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide per state regulations.
• Preferred 1 year experience as Aide in hospice or home health.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care to patients and families to support daily needs.
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and comfort measures.
• Administer bedtime care and comfort techniques per plan of care.
• Record vital signs and report changes to the Case Manager.
• Maintain clean and safe patient living areas and respect patient privacy.
