Job summary

Bristol Hospice - Sacramento is seeking compassionate CNAs and HHAs for PRN swing shifts in the Sacramento and Roseville area. You will assist patients under supervision of a Registered Nurse, providing personal care and comfort as part of the Interdisciplinary Group.

Requirements include CNA or HHA certification, minimum 75 hours of training, and a valid driver’s license; CPR certification preferred. This role offers a supportive team and opportunities for growth within hospice care.

Qualifications

• Certification as CNA or HHA required by state regulations.
• Prefer 1 year experience as Aide in hospice or medical/surgical settings.
• Minimum 75 hours classroom and supervised practical training completed.
• Licensed driver with insured vehicle per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support hospice patients and families with personal care and comfort.
• Provide bedtime care, hygiene, and routine tasks.
• Assist with ambulation and activities as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate health records and communicate changes to Case Manager.
• Uphold confidentiality and professional conduct.
